Description
DS Carrier can improve the binding and elution efficiency of trace RNA during the purification process using the spin columns, and reduce the probability of RNA degradation by RNase.
This product has no DNase or RNase pollution. It is compatible with subsequent conventional molecular biology applications, such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, etc.
Method of Use
Dissolve DS Carrier in DNase-free and RNase-free sterilized water with a final concentration of 1 µg/µl.
Add 6 µl DS Carrier (1 µg/µl) to 1 ml lysis buffer. The subsequent steps could be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the corresponding nucleic acid extraction product.
