DSPath 5X Plus One-Step Multiplex Master Mix

DSPath™ 5X Plus One-Step Multiplex Master Mix is a one-tube, ultra-concentrated master mix specially designed for ultra-sensitive multiplex quantitative PCR, completing the reverse transcription and qPCR detection of RNA samples in a single step. On the basis of inheriting the excellent multiplex amplification buffer system and heat-labile UDG anti-contamination system of the original V5005, the reagent concentration has been upgraded to a 5X ultra-concentrated state, allowing for a larger template input volume and increasing the detection rate of low-copy samples. The formulation of this product has been deeply optimized to possess fast amplification performance and superior sample tolerance. It supports pre-mixing primers and probes into the 5X master mix to prepare a working solution, which can be stably stored at 4°C/-20°C for a long time, achieving minimal manual operations and high-throughput automated liquid handling.
