GDSBeads Mag NHS

GDSBeads Mag NHS features polymer-based magnetic beads with surfaces modified with NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide) groups. These groups efficiently and covalently couple to primary amine (-NH₂) groups on proteins (like antibodies) and other molecules, forming stable amide bonds. It is ideal for preparing affinity beads for the purification of antibodies, antigens, and other biomolecules.

Unlike carboxyl or amino magnetic beads that require pre-activation with EDC/NHS or glutaraldehyde, these NHS-activated beads are pre-activated. The coupling process is simplified: simply dissolve your amine-containing ligand in the provided Coupling Buffer and mix with the beads at room temperature for 1-2 hours. This offers the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction conditions, and fast, efficient coupling.
