GDSlyo Fast Direct One-Step Probe RT-qPCR Kit (NAF) is a one-step probe-based reverse transcription quantitative PCR reagent specifically optimized for lyophilization processes, eliminating the need for nucleic acid extraction. This product utilizes an optimized combination of genetically engineered fast thermostable reverse transcriptase and hot-start high-fidelity DNA polymerase, coupled with a highly efficient reaction buffer system, enabling complete amplification within 20–40 minutes, significantly improving detection efficiency. It exhibits extremely high tolerance to inhibitors and can be directly used for target gene detection in various blood samples, swabs, saliva, and other sample types. It is also compatible with various fast PCR instruments and rapid amplification programs, meeting the demands of high-throughput and rapid testing applications. The reagent features an optimized qPCR buffer and a dUTP/thermolabile UDG anti-contamination system, effectively preventing false positives caused by aerosol contamination and amplicon carryover. The product demonstrates excellent lyophilization formability and stability, making it suitable for room temperature storage and transportation, as well as various molecular diagnostic scenarios.
