PureView Green Nucleic Acid Stain

PureView Green (10,000X) is a high-performance nucleic acid gel stain designed for exceptional sensitivity, stability, and broad compatibility. It is suitable for staining dsDNA, ssDNA, and RNA in both agarose and polyacrylamide gels.

PureView Green delivers an ultra-low background with an excellent signal-to-noise ratio, achieving a detection limit as low as 1 ng—making it an ideal alternative to silver staining. The staining process is simple and fast, producing clear and bright bands within just 5 minutes, with no need for destaining or washing.

With a broad excitation spectrum, PureView Green is compatible with a wide range of imaging systems. It can directly replace ethidium bromide (EB) and other nucleic acid dyes without requiring instrument modifications, and works seamlessly with systems designed for SYBR Green or SYBR Gold. In addition, it enables safe nucleic acid detection using blue light or blue light imaging devices, eliminating the mutagenic risks associated with UV exposure and protecting both samples and users. It is also an excellent choice for use with laser scanners.
