RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant RNase inhibitor produced through recombinant expression and purification. It binds non-covalently to RNases to form inactive complexes, effectively inhibiting RNase A, RNase B, and RNase C. It does not inhibit reverse transcriptases, DNA polymerases, RNase H, or S1 nuclease. With enhanced antioxidant activity, it is particularly suitable for applications sensitive to high DTT concentrations, such as qPCR.
