Description
The set contains six ready-to-use 10× PCR Buffers with Mg2+ for optimization of magnesium ion concentration in PCR applications with Taq DNA Polymerase. The Mg2+ concentration in each of the six buffers is different, ranging from 12.5mM to 30mM.
